Graphite is a creative studio championing the world’s most stylish sport: tennis. We celebrate the full spectrum of the game’s material history and culture through creative projects, events, and an archive of more than 4,500 rare articles of clothing, ephemera, and print media. We make these items available to collectors and brands, working with partners to preserve the timeless design of this endlessly expressive and ever-evolving way of life.

Graphite's Archive is a library of more than 4,500 ultra-rare articles of clothing, ephemera, and memorabilia. From designer tailoring to varsitywear, Americana to Japanese grails, tournament merch to objets d’art, the archive specializes in one-of-one items that represent the best of design in the world’s most stylish sport, from 1930 to present. We make the archive available for rent to stylists, production researchers, and designers.

Graphite operates as a full-service creative studio working with partners to preserve the timeless design of the world’s most stylish sport: tennis. Founded by photographer/art director Bryson Malone in partnership with design studio Abbreviated Projects, we handle everything from creative direction and brand strategy to campaign production and editorial design. Collectively, we have worked with clients including Nike, Saucony, Racquet Magazine, Patagonia, The North Face, Specialized, Tracksmith, F1, Major League Soccer, OffBall, and Wilson.
